Our New Venture

We are now living our dream of owning our own little Arts and Crafts Village, Abbie Lane, with our shop being in an old church. It is surrounded by 6 other unique shops set amongst birdhouse filled, cottage gardens and a feel of warmth, character and charm.

When we first opened Gottabee Country back in 2003 and it was welcomed extremely well into the community, we decided we wanted to expand and own our own Arts and Crafts Village. We wanted to create a charming setting for our shop to add to the experience of visiting Gottabee Country.

Finally, in December 2009 we achieved that and opened Abbie Lane. It consists of 7 shops in total and has been a huge success in it's first couple of months. We have been overwhelmed with the support from the community and visitors. Everybody loves the feel of our village which is music to our ears as this is what we worked so hard to achieve.
